Property Management
We are specialists in all aspect of property management, lettings, rent collection, maintenance and tenancy compliance. We offer FREE annual gas services, quarterly inspections, free landlord annual accounts to HMRC.
Legal Services & Repossession Claims
We assist with property repossessions and associated court cases. All letters issued, notices served, court attendance and Bailiffs instructed. We charge a fee of £650.00 per tenancy excluding all court fees.
Bridging Loans & Advisory Services
Contact us for all your property Investments and management requirements. We also provide short term Bridging Loans with great monthly rates from 0.89% and up to 80% LTV.
Holiday Lets
We have properties in and around central London for your vacation stay. Airport pick ups and drop offs also arranged. T&Cs applies.
Regulatory Compliance.
We ensure your property is up to date with Government regulations. Your Gas, Fire, Insurance, Electrical certificates and EPC are all current.
