include lettings, management, supervision and management

Property Sourcing & Investments.
We source and manage properties in the United Kingdom for individuals looking to build their property portfolio. We view properties on your behalf and make recommendations on best properties for purchase.
Property Management
We are specialists in all aspect of property management, lettings, rent collection, maintenance and tenancy compliance. We offer free annual gas checks, quarterly inspections, free landlord annual statements.
Legal Services & Repossession Claims
We assist with property repossessions and associated court tasks. All letters issued, notices served, court attendance and Bailiffs instructions. We charge a fee of £1,050.00 (non-clients) per tenancy excluding all court fees.
Free Hotel stays (Landlords only)
All landlords qualify for free stays of up to five days per annum if we let or manage your property. T&Cs applies.
Hotel Management
We currently operate and manage hotels in London and always seek opportunities to take on more properties.
Regulatory Compliance.
We ensure your property is up to date with Government regulations. Your Gas, Fire, Insurance, Electrical certificates and EPC are all current.
